Restrictions

You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products. As a responsible reseller of Vape products, Vape Roots Ltd must ensure that we do not sell to minors. Therefore, we need to conduct a one-time age verification check for every user account to ensure that all our customers are over the age of 18 via our age verification partner Nucleus.

Vape Roots will not sell our products to minors. Vape Roots also reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

Shipping, Availability, Refunds and Returns

Free postage & packaging is only available for UK Mainland Customers on purchases over £25.

Please note: Orders to a non-residential address like an office or other shared or commercial addresses, you (the buyer) take full responsibility for the item if signed for or delivered to a third party. Vape Roots Ltd is not responsible for items delivered or signed-for but not received at such an address.

European & International shipping will be calculated on weight and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or confiscated by your internal customs authorities and we are unable to answer any shipping queries by telephone. If you wish to contact us about non-delivery, we ask that you please wait until the time period has elapsed, as we won't be able to assist until this time period has passed.

We aim to process and ship orders the same working day if payment is made before 3pm GMT; otherwise, the next working day.

Descriptions

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Vape Roots and the customer hereby submit.

Liability

To the extent allowed by the law, Vape Roots shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, or the transmission of your personal information over our systems.

Payment

Payment is due before goods are despatched unless a credit account has been authorised by Vape Roots in which case payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing. Vape Roots reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards through Paypal.

Prices

The total price of the goods ordered will be the price shown at the time of the order. The full purchase price as well as the cost of packaging and shipment will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you commit to the order.
All our products are duty paid in the United Kingdom and the purchase price includes VAT (sales tax) at the current rate.

Placing items in your cart does not "reserve" them or guarantee that you will be able to order them. Your order is not complete and in the system until you have returned to our site from the PayPal payment site, having fully completed payment. Therefore, if you have limited stock or fast selling items in your cart, they could sell out if someone else is purchasing the same item at the same time and completes checkout before you.

Cancellations

By law, customers in the UK have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The original postage and packing costs will not be reimbursed, and you must pay the return shipping costs. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All returns must be sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.

Bitcoin refunds

Refunds will be processed back in Bitcoin at the current price at the time of the refund. You may receive a different amount of Bitcoin than originally sent due to movements in the price, but the fiat value will always be the same.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Vape Roots. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. We do not pass your information to any third parties. PayPal our payment provider collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Security

PayPal our payment providers, use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. We do not store any card data.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Title to Goods

Property and title in the goods shall remain with Vape Roots and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Vape Roots has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
